Children Collide, The Theory of Everything....

This month has been really hectic, or maybe thats just what it feels like right now, but lately I've been thinking  a lot about how you decide (and I don't even know if thats the right word to describe what I mean but) whether you have a balanced life. So if you know help me out, but is there a point in time when you say, yes, I have spent just the right amount of time at work, I've spent enough time with my kids and my partner and also my friends. There seems so much to do and not enough time to do it in without feeling like you could do more, whilst not neglecting anything else. You might think I'm rambling, which I most probably am seeing that its 1am and I'm tired but I think the answer is to spend your time doing the things you love with those you love and hopefully someone will pay you to do it ;P Hahaha. 

Anyway back to the rambling about balance, trying to work out how I was going to catch up with all my old friends I hadn't seen in 10 yrs was one of the last things on my list of things to do, after settling in, growing my business, finding a house...... you know all the stuff you "have to do when you move".  So I was so stoked to find out one of the guys I went to high school with was in Children Collide and playing in Brisbane at Big Sound Live, a music industry summit  and showcase with 60 live acts. I checked them out and these guys have to one of the best live acts I've seen, it's just nonstop! These are some shots from their Sold Out gig the next night 10th Sept at The Zoo.
